Is work literally a pain in your BACK? Are hours of sitting at a computer or desk hurting you? 1. Get up from the computer and move around at least once every hour.
2. Exercise and stretch a few minutes every day. Even if it is a quick 10 minute walk at the end of the day or throwing a ball a couple of time with your kids or a pet… movement is the key!
3. See your chiropractor for regular adjustments.
