This customized therapeutic massage allows the body to release multiple areas of tension and stress. Unlike a customary deep tissue massages this therapeutic massage goes deeper to release and soften the muscles around areas of chronic pain, stress, or injuries.
$85 – 90 Minute Deep Tissue Customized Therapeutic Massage

MYOFASCIAL RELEASE
Myofascial release therapy is a combination of stretching, active muscle contraction, trigger point, and range of motion work. This type of therapy releases bonds between fascia, skin, muscle, and bone. Manipulating the fascia allows the connective tissue fibers to reorganize themselves in a more flexible, functional fashion. Injuries, stress, inflammation, trauma, and poor posture can cause restriction to fascia. The goal of myofascial release is to release fascia restriction and restore tissue health.

Half hour myofascial release focuses on one or two areas to release the muscles.
$60 – 1 hour
This therapy will go deep into injured areas to release the muscles. Many areas can be addressed or the full hour can be used to really focus on key problem areas.
